Daftar Sarawak Pay 2025: Cara Register, Kemas Kini & Terima Bantuan RM1500 SKAS

SarawakPay telah menjadi aplikasi dompet digital (e-wallet) yang popular dalam kalangan rakyat Sarawak sejak ia diperkenalkan pada November 2017. Aplikasi ini dibangunkan oleh Sarawak Multimedia Authority sebagai sebahagian daripada inisiatif ekonomi digital kerajaan negeri Sarawak yang bertujuan menggalakkan penggunaan pembayaran tanpa tunai.

Sarawak Pay beroperasi di bawah lesen Bank Negara Malaysia dan menawarkan teknologi kewangan yang selamat, pantas dan mudah digunakan — sesuai untuk urusan peribadi dan perniagaan.

Untuk tahun 2025, penerima yang layak boleh mendaftar, mengemas kini atau mengaktifkan akaun SarawakPay mereka bagi tujuan menerima bayaran Bantuan SKAS (Sumbangan Keperluan Asas Sarawak) sebanyak RM1500. What is Sarawak Pay?

Sarawak Pay is the official Sarawak state e-wallet application introduced by the Sarawak state government.

It was launched to promote the use of digital payments among Sarawakians and support initiatives towards a cashless economy.

In 2022, Sarawak Pay was rebranded as SPay Global .

S Pay Global allows users to purchase goods, settle utility and city council bills via their mobile phones anytime and anywhere.

Users simply need to scan and pay via QR code from merchants using S Pay Global or on their bills.

S Pay Global has also collaborated with Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) to facilitate online money transfers through BSN Registered Bank Agents in rural areas that do not have access to banking facilities.

This aims to reduce the socio-economic gap between urban and rural residents.

As of January 2025, S Pay Global has recorded over 770,000 registered users and 91,000 merchants, with transaction value exceeding RM4.2 billion.

This application is managed by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT) on behalf of the Sarawak Government and holds a valid e-Wallet license from Bank Negara Malaysia.

How to Register for Sarawak Pay for SKAS 2025 Assistance

To register with S Pay Global (formerly known as Sarawak Pay) to receive Sarawak Basic Needs Contribution (SKAS 2025) payments, follow these steps:

1. Download the S Pay Global app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
2. Open the app and select “Register Now”.
3. Select your nationality (Malaysian or Others).
4. Fill in the required personal information and set a password.
5. Perform identity verification (eKYC):
   • Take a photo of the front and back of your identity card
   • Take a selfie for verification.
6. Verify your phone number:
   • Enter mobile phone number
   • Enter the TAC code received via SMS.
7. Set a 6-digit PIN number for future transactions.
8. Finished!

Amount of SKAS Assistance

Once you have completed registration, your S Pay Global account will be ready to receive SKAS 2025 payments .

SKAS assistance will be credited to your S Pay Global account starting 18 February 2025.  The assistance value is RM800 for the household category, RM400 for senior citizens, and RM250 for the single category.

Make sure you meet the SKAS eligibility requirements, namely Sarawakians who have a K identity card, reside in Sarawak, and are recipients of the 2024 Phase 4 Cash Rahmah (STR) Contribution based on LHDN information.

SKAS Claim Date Through Sarawak Pay

This assistance can be claimed at any time throughout the year and is valid until 31 December 2025.

How to register Sarawak Pay (S Pay Global) as a merchant:

1. Download and register on the S Pay Global app as a user. 
2. Select “Merchant Account” and fill out the registration form. 
3. Upload:
   • IC Image (Front & Back)
   • Business Premises Photo or Business License Photo
     * Please Note: The bank account filled in must be a private bank account.
     * Make sure the ID card photo is taken from the right angle and the information is clear to read.
4. Please wait for a confirmation email from S Pay Global for the SarawakPay business account registration status.
5. Once your registration is successful, your unique QR code will be activated to receive payments.
6. S Pay Global QR code template can be downloaded  HERE
7. Done! You can start receiving payments via the S Pay Global app.

How to Register for Sarawak Pay for Companies, Organizations & Associations

1. Download and fill out the application form here
2. Attach the following supporting documents
   • Sdn Bhd/Bhd – Form 49 / SSM details
   • Business Registration Certificate and bank statement
   • Photocopies of NRIC of business owner, all partners or authorized director.
   • Company logo and 1-2 photos of the business premises
3. Contact any of the registered SarawakPay agents below to complete your application.
4. No fees or charges will be charged. Registration is FREE
